• We only accept returns for purchases made from this website (jwear.co.uk). 
• Items need to be unworn. 
• Items need to be unwashed.
• Items must be returned with all original tags still attached. 
• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving.
  
  

HOW SHOULD I PACK MY RETURN ORDER?

• We recommend re-using the original packaging and sealing it with packing tape. It's the ecological way to go!
  
  

HOW DO I GET MY RETURN/EXCHANGE STARTED?

• Please contact info@jwear.co.uk for your FREE returns label
• We recommend you send a note adding your order number and the reason for your return of if you wish for an exchange.

Once you have contacted JWear we will contact you by email by sending you an electronic returns lable.
